Event Details

JMP s a powerful statistical tool. JMP’s easy to use interface and multitude of functions made it easy for students and instructors alike to play with data, and see connections within data easily. Students gain the confidence to perform analyses as well as gaining a familiarity with data sets, making learning fun and relevant to them. In this course we will cover: Opening data in JMP, creating tables, creating interactive graphs, creating partitions, creating formulas, and brief introductions to neural nets and OpenStreetMap integration. We will explore these using sample data sets.

Requirements: None. Users can request a JMP license from IT User Services, however machines with the software will be available.
